Project Name: CNG Fuel – Seymour, IN - Commissioning scheduled for week of October 20th

 

Scope of Work: Provided Design Development and Turn Key installation including all permitting, construction services, installation, equipment and commissioning of CNG Station to fuel Class 8 tractor trailers and standard cars and trucks. Equipment included two 200HP, 558 SCFM each Cameron Compressors (with utilities and space to add two 200HP compressors in the future), Inlet dryer with manual regeneration sized for four compressors, four 11,650 scf each storage spheres, priority/sequential panel, four dual hose dispensers with CT5000 transit nozzle on one side and CT1000 NGV1 nozzle on other side, and four card readers.


Project Name: CNG Fuel – Findlay, OH

Project Name: CNG Fuel – Greensburg, IN

Scope of Work: Provided Design Development and Turn Key installation including all permitting, construction services, installation, equipment and commissioning of CNG Station to fuel Class 8 tractor trailers and standard cars and trucks. Equipment included two 125HP, 258 SCFM each Cameron Compressors, Inlet dryer with manual regeneration, four 11,650 scf each storage spheres, priority/sequential panel, two dual hose dispensers with CT5000 transit nozzle on one side and CT1000 NGV1 nozzle on other side, and two Comdata card readers.


 Project Name: CNG Fuel – Dayton, OH

Scope of Work: Provided Design Development and Turn Key installation including all permitting, construction services, installation, equipment and commissioning of CNG Station to fuel Class 8 tractor trailers and standard cars and trucks. Equipment included two 200HP, 500 SCFM each Cameron Compressors (with utilities and space to add two 200HP compressors in the future), Inlet dryer with manual regeneration sized for four compressors, four 11,650 scf each storage spheres, priority/sequential panel, four dual hose dispensers with CT5000 transit nozzle on one side and CT1000 NGV1 nozzle on other side, and four card readers.


Project Name: CNG Fuel – Indianapolis, IN

Scope of Work: Provided Design Development and Turn Key installation including all permitting, construction services, installation, equipment and commissioning of CNG Station to fuel fleet cars and trucks. Equipment included two 100HP, 225 SCFM each Cameron Compressors, Inlet dryer with manual regeneration, three 11,650 scf each storage spheres, priority/sequential panel, one dual hose dispenser with CT1000 NGV1 nozzles and free standing Comdata card reader.


Project Name: ALAGASCO – Birmingham, AL

Scope of Work: Provided behind the fence private CNG Stations for operations site in Selma, AL and Gadsden, AL to include Bauer factory packaged 40HP compressors, three storage spheres, fast fill post and time fill posts with priority/sequential panel to control CNG into the storage at 4500 PSIG, out of the fast fill post at temperature compensated 3600 PSIG and also providing CNG to time fill posts to a temperature compensated 3600 PSIG>


Project Name: CNG Fuel – Lafayette, IN

Scope of Work: Provided Design Development and Turn Key installation including all permitting, construction services, installation, equipment and commissioning of CNG Station to fuel Class 8 tractor trailers and standard cars and trucks. Equipment included two 200HP, 500 SCFM each Cameron Compressors (with utilities and space to add two 200HP compressors in the future), Inlet dryer with manual regeneration sized for four compressors, four 11,650 scf each storage spheres, priority/sequential panel, four dual hose dispensers with CT5000 transit nozzle on one side and CT1000 NGV1 nozzle on other side, and four card readers.


Project Name: Indianapolis International Airport Plaza – Northville CNG Fuels

Scope of Work: Provided 50HP compressor and two dual hose dispensers and priority/sequential panel for Shell Gas station newly installed at the Indy Airport. Northville provided the inlet dryer and storage. We provide monthly PM service.


Project Name: CLIFFS Natural Resources – Private CNG Station

Scope of Work: Provided fast fill CNG station to fuel 110 Iron Ore off road mine support pickup trucks and vans. This consisted of two 50HP compressors, 3-pak ASME storage spheres, dual hose dispenser and card reader. Included station design and installation assistance.


Project Name: SUNOCO / Midwest Clean Fuel

Scope of Work: Provided CNG station equipment for small public fueling station. Included duplex Bauer 15.4 compressors, storage, priority/sequential panel and controls all mounting on common skid enclosure. Provided dual hose dispenser and card reader. Assisted owner in station design layout, start up and commissioning of all equipment. We provide maintenance on an as needed basis as requested by owner.


Project Name: IMPCO Automotive / Productive Concepts, Inc.

Scope of Work: To provide CNG Station to fuel 3 vehicles @ 23 GGE fast fill every 60 minutes for an 8-10 hour shift, 5 days per week. Refueling to take place inside production facility. Also provide fast fill dispenser outside at station equipment location for fast fill 60 DGE bus from time to time. Metering dispenser inside and outside is required. Order was placed by customer (PCI at this time) but shortly after they were purchased by IMPCO and given two small used compressors and one used dispenser. We provided 35,000 cu.ft. 3-pack storage spheres, inlet dryer, priority/sequential panel, indoor touch screen dispensing control panels and installation of all high pressure tubing. Station was installed and operational by Dec. 2010. In June 2011 the two used compressors were not reliable or large enough to meet the original requirements. A new larger compressor was ordered. We provide remote monitoring of station equipment and quarterly PM maintenance.


Project Name: Citizens Gas / Greene’s – Public CNG Station

Scope of Work: Original CNG station was built in 1996 by Lubs Technologies (now sister company to CNG Source). New Compressor was to be added to increase capacity along with upgrading to a new dispenser and card reader. Compressor provided was Cameron 150HP, 630 SCFM with 250 PSIG inlet pressure and 3600 PSIG discharge pressure. Project was turnkey installation, managed by CNG Source, Inc. We currently provide monthly PM maintenance and also manage all proprietary fleet billing with issued Prokees and credit card processing for this station. Money is collected and transferred to Citizens Gas on a monthly basis.


Project Name: Vectren –ECO System – Public CNG Station

Scope of Work: Increase existing CNG Station capacity with new 200HP, 420 SCFM, 40 PSIG inlet, 4500 PSIG discharge compressor to allow 20 year old existing compressor to operate as back up. Provide more cascade storage capacity and run new high pressure stainless lines to dispensers to improve time for fast filling of vehicles. Project was turnkey and managed by CNG Source, Inc. We currently provide quarterly PM maintenance and also manage all credit card processing for the CNG Station. Money is collected and transferred to Vectren on a monthly basis.


Project Name: KAKCO – Public CNG Station

Scope of Work: Customer purchased some used Bauer compressor packages (actually these were packaged by Lubs Technologies – sister company to CNG Source) that were built for another company in 2003. We provided new dispenser with card reader and canopy along with certain installation responsibilities in 2007. Then provided additional installation and start up service for another used compressor and storage bought by the customer to be added to his station in 2010. We currently provide remote monitoring services and monthly PM service for this station.
